A Personal Health Record is a profile of health information about you or someone you care for. It is a great way to keep track of your past and present medical details.
UnitedHealthcare is testing a Personal Health Record tool, designed with our customers in mind. AARP® Medicare Supplement Plan holders will be able to create and maintain their health information in a safe and secure online environment. This information will be available anytime, from anywhere you can reach the internet.
The Personal Health Record will be available to all AARP® Medicare Supplement Plan holders in the future.
