Are you or someone you know a caregiver? The caregiving role can be stressful. There are many factors (both emotional and physical) that affect the amount of stress or burden the caregiver can feel. Research has shown that caregivers are at risk for depression and anxiety. To find out more about caregiver stress and if you may be experiencing it, please take this simple test. There are no right or wrong answers. Each question has four ranges of answers. Please check the one that is closest to how you feel. Be sure to share the results with your physician or health care provider. They will be able to work with you to help identify ways to cope and assist with finding other helpful resources.
